The Condition:
- A psychiatric disorder that people have after experiencing/witnessing a traumatic event in their life.
- Example trigger events can be death, injury, accident, war, violation, abuse, and assault.
- Can disrupt one’s own life and those around them – personal, professional and or social.
- PTSD can increase the likelihood of Depression, Anxiety, Addiction, and Suicidal Ideation.
